Ingredients:
- 1 c. frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 splash PURE vanilla
- 1 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 scoop protein powder of choice (optional)
Blend until smooth!
You can serve this one as a smoothie as showed, however, it is equally good (if not better) as served as an ice cream replacement. Yep, in a bowl, with strawberries on top. What could be better after an ass-kicking workout?
