- 1 frozen banana
- 1 c. vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 c. oats
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4-1/2 c. plain (or vanilla) yogurt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp honey (for sweetness)
*for extra protein, add 1 scoop of preferred protein powder
