I N G R E D I E N T S:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 c. vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 c. oats
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4-1/2 c. plain (or vanilla) yogurt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey (for sweetness)

*for extra protein, add 1 scoop of preferred protein powder
